Specifications for Video Ads
We will be displaying sponsor ads on flat panel displays this year. As a result, please prepare your ad for display on a SCREEN, not in PRINT.

• Physical size - ads should display well on a 42" (diagonal) screen. You should design for 1280 x 768 pixels.
• File size - 100Mb maximum
• Layout - your ad should display well in a "landscape" format.
• Acceptable motion file formats - avi, mpg, wmv
• Motion ads length - 30 seconds maximum. Please provide a running time with any motion ads, so we can make sure the slide stays on the screen for the appropriate amount of time.
• Acceptable static (non-motion) file formats - jpg, png, bmp, gif, eps, tif
