Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by January 9, 2010 will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations after January 10, 2010, but we encourage you to send a colleague in your place.
If you do intend to make a substitution, please inform us as soon as possible, so we will be able to provide the proper credentials at the registration desk. Send notice of cancellations and substitutions to Andre Cutair / NHA at cutairA@hydrogen

NHA Affiliate
NHA Affiliates are organizations that have a formal agreement with the NHA to promote the NHA to their members via their website and other promotional materials. In return, they receive the a discounted rate on registration for to the NHA's Annual Conference.

Academic Professional: NHA Member
Academic Professionals must produce credentials that verify they are currently offering formal instruction at an institution of learning. They will be asked to produce these credentials when they pick up their credentials at the Registration Area. Registrants who cannot produce adequate credentials will need to register at regular rates.
In addition, this rate is available only to academic professionals that are employed by a current NHA member.

The NHA will select people to present, either at a podium or via a poster session. Additionally, the NHA will select people to moderate various functions and sessions. Both presenters and moderators receive a discounted registration rate.
