For Poster Presenters
Congratulations! We're delighted to have you present your work as a poster during the Conference.
Here is some information that will help you prepare your presentation:
- Presentation dates
Two Poster Sessions are scheduled during the Conference:
- During the Welcome Reception, on the evening of Monday, May 3
- During the Industry Reception, on the evening of Tuesday, May 4
Timing for these events is subject to change as we finalize our program. Please view our preliminary agenda for the current times for these events. NOTE: if you submitted multiple abstracts, please note which one you'll be presenting as a poster.

Please use this document to prepare your poster (38Kb PDF)
- Final Manuscript
You may submit an optional final manuscript. This document expands upon your presentation, and will be included in the Proceedings of the Conference unless you specify otherwise.
You must upload your final manuscript at: http://nha.confex.com/nha/extra.cgi You will need your abstract ID and your password to upload these documents.
- Unable to present?
Please notify us as soon as possible so that we may adjust our program accordingly.
- Registration
Presenting authors ONLY should register at the Presenter/Moderator rate ($650). Co-authors will need to register at the regular rates.
